This Week:  No Meeting…Enjoy the holiday

Last Week:  Rotary Foundation
November is Foundation month, and every other year, we invite every member to participate in Rotary projects both local and worldwide.  This is that wonderful year. You may have receive a pledge form at our meeting, but also can find it on our club's website and is attached.
We invite your giving and participation in three ways: (1) support for the Rotary Foundation's Annual Share, from which a portion of the money comes back to this district for district grants as well as approved global grants; (2) Polio Plus, our worldwide concerted effort to eradicate polio, working hard to make it the second disease after smallpox to be subdued; and (3) the Rotary Works Foundation, which is a shared project of our nine Coulee Region clubs to support grant requests for community betterment.
New this year on the form is the average amount given by those members who gave in 2024-2025.  Our foundation committee hopes that is a helpful tool for your use.

  • ALL forms are confidential.
  • Every member is expected to return a signed form, no matter what amount is chosen.
  • The forms should be returned by our holiday gathering on Dec. 18th.  If forms are not returned, members will be kindly reminded and contacted.
  • there is no membership requirement to give.  Although we hope this is not the case, you can choose to give nothing.
  • We hope you are excited to join the work of local Rotarians and Rotarians around the world as we promote positive change in our world, our communities, and ourselves.
  • You can choose the timing of your gifts.
  • If there is any time in the next two years that you would like to change your pledge up or down,        you are free to do so by contacting our club administrator.
Thanks for your strong response from the clubs Foundation Committee:  Tom Monson, Bill Hoel, Diana Carey, Peter Grabow, Mike Quam, and Mark Jolivette.  Feel free to contact any of us with your questions or concerns.
