We are billing you according to the option you selected on the form that was distributed last April 2020.
 
 
The following were the options…..

Option #1 was Pay Rotary Dues but suspend Foundation Pledges.

Option #2 was Pay Rotary Dues and continue Foundation Pledges.

Option #3 was Pay Rotary Dues, Foundation Pledges and continue playing the meal charges which goes towards our club operation funds.

Option #4 was I need assistance for this quarter for my dues of $76.
