Oktoberfest Beer Ticket Sales
Our club is responsible for filling 12 spots at the Oktoberfest grounds selling beer tickets from 12-4pm. This is a fundraiser for our club. What a fun way to help with this community event AND raise money for our club!
Everyone who volunteers will receive a
FREE pass to the event for the weekend.

Habitat Team Build 2023
The Rotary Works Foundation board approved a $5000 grant to sponsor three Team Build Days at the Yang home to be constructed in Onalaska. The volunteer invitation is open to all area club with no fundraising or obligation. Sign up for one of the three build days. Each day has two shifts: 8:30-Noon and 11:30-3:30 with a maximum of 10 people per shift. Lunch is also provided. All volunteers must be over the age of 16.

Fiddler on the Roof Production - LCT
Our club will be the ushers for tonight's performance of Fidler on the Roof. Volunteer opportunities include taking tickets, helping with seating, handing out programs, 50/50 raffle ticket sellers, and Will Call ticket distribution. Attire: Rotary volunteer t-shirt. Come out and support the La Crosse Community Theater as well as Mark Solyst, Rotarian, who plays a part in the show! Volunteers see the show for FREE this evening! (Children must be 14+)

iFeed
iFeed is a food packing event sponsored by Rotary and Kids Against Hunger. The 8th Annual iFeed event is looking for our support - providing two assembly line packing teams. We committed to two teams - one team at 8:30am and one at 10:00am. The event is located at Logan High School. All volunteers are encouraged to bring a donation of canned food items. Volunteers need to arrive 40 minutes before their shift. Lunch is included. For more information, see the website: https://www.rotaryifeed.org/

Mini Donut Half Marathon Finish Line Volunteers
Our club is responsible for filling 10 spots at the FINISH LINE AND STATION for the 8th Annual Mini Donut Half Marathon. Shifts are 7:30-10:30am slicing fruit, stocking refreshments, and handing out water and milk - OR - 8:00-11:00am handing out medals, swag, and finisher medals. Location: Trempealeu Hotel.

Catholic Charities Back to School Distribution Event
The La Crosse Community is very excited to once again join forces to help families get their students ready to head Back2School! Rotary Club of La Crosse is putting a team together to help. We need volunteers to walk with families and their supply list through an assembly line to gather supplies. There are three shifts available. The Distribution Event is held at the La Crosse Center. Besides school supplies, Catholic Charities has partnered with area organizations to also have resources available for other needs families might have. Thank you for considering! Habitat for Humanity teams up with Bike.Build.Home 500
Habitat for Humanity teams up with Bike.Build.Home, a500 is a new organization whose mission is to raise funds for affordable housing organizations while building community and camaraderie with an annual, multi-day bicycle ride. We are looking for volunteers to help the one of the breakfasts.
Projects sponsored by Rotary will be given priority.
If you would like to organize a group of Rotarians to help with one of your projects, complete the form below and submit it for review to rotary@rotarycluboflacrosse.org.
The Rotary Club of La Crosse cannot guarantee support for all projects; approval of projects is at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
