Riverfest 2026 Set Up - Service and Fundraising Opprtunity

Riverfest Set Up Team - 8am-12pm
This is the second year we are putting together a team of 15 people to help with some set up needs for Riverfest 2026. THIS IS A FUND RAISER FOR OUR CLUB, PART OF OUR BUDGET. As a fundraiser for our club, we will receive a donation for our time volunteering to assist with Riverfest set up. Funds received will be applied towards student scholarships.
We will meet at Riverside park at the Volunteer Check-In Station located in the middle of the park (small white trailer).
We will assist with moving items around the park, setting up bleachers, unload fest items, etc. from 8am-12:00pm. Feel free to bring work gloves if desired. Dress for the weather!
Wear your Rotary volunteer shirt! If you don't have one already, reach out to Niki Pohnl to get one.
