Demystifing Cryptocurrency

Ed Felten is the Robert E. Kahn Professor of Computer Science and Public Affairs, Emeritus, at Princeton University.  He is Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Offchain Labs, Inc., a company producing software to make cryptocurrency transactions faster and cheaper.  He has served three times in the Federal Government, including at the White House as Deputy U.S. Chief Technology Officer from 2015-2017.  He has published more than 200 research papers and three books.  He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
