They had flown the Cessna T210M craft all the way aroun d the world. Throughout the entire trip\, the pilots raised awareness for polio eradication\, raised funds for Rotary's End Polio efforts\, and even administered some vaccines to children in need.   Both Peter and John ar e pilots\, Rotarians\, and members of the Fellowship of Flying Rotarians. Polio eradication has been a primary focus of Rotary for over 35 years and continues to be a major initiative. While the end of polio may be near\, no child anywhere is safe until every child has been vaccinated.   Peter and John were featured speakers at the Rotary International Convention 202 4 in Singapore. We are super fortunate to welcome them as they fly up to L a Crosse and speak to us about their incredible mission.   Meeting is fro m 6-7pm. Come early and socialize! The Main\, 422 Main Street\, La Crosse. Food will be served. $10 for members/visiting Rotarians Free for first ti me guests.
