Seoul hosted Rotary International's 107th annual convention 28 May-1 June 2016 at KINTEX, more than 50,000 Rotary club members from over 150 countries attended. Our incoming president Patt Boge attended along with Rotarian Eva Marie Restel. Eva Marie said it was an incredible experience and suggested members consider attending the 2017 RI Convention in Atlanta next year.
P.S. Interesting factoid: Seoul is home to more Starbucks per capita than any other city in the world--and Eva Marie and I hit our share. According to a guide book, "Korea has a strong tea culture, but it runs on coffee."
You can view photos and videos from the RI Convention on the Rotary Web Site.
